SOME OF THE THINGS YOU WILL LEARN & NEED TO KNOW FOR WATERCOLOR AND OTHER PAINTING STYLES.
Watercolors
Grab your painting supplies and get ready. Painting in watercolor requires watercolor paints, watercolor paper, watercolor brushes, a glass of water and a palette. If using cake (hard) or pan (moist) paints, moisten all your colors with a few drops of water from the tip of your brush. The more you practice watercolor painting, the more you’ll develop your own unique style and painting technique.
COLOR GRID

Creating a glaze grid is a watercolor technique for seeing how the colors you have interact with each other.
I decided to use 9 bright colors: Cadmium Yellow Light, Cadmium Orange, Cadmium Red, Alizarin Crimson, Dioxazine Purple, Phthalocyanine Blue, Cobalt Blue, Sap Green, and Phthalocyanine Green.
